Our dog accessories are complimentary items and while they are suitable for everyday use, we do not recommend them for dogs/cats with severe behavioural issues, are overly aggressive or pulls a lot on walks. They are made for walking and managing domestic dogs/cats.

Materials and accessories are not indestructible, always check for wear and tear. Marimo takes no legal liability or responsibility for the use or misuse of the products. It is the purchasers/dog owners' sole responsibility to ensure the correct item for the intended dog and understand that no individual guidance can be given. We advise using with caution, keeping your dogs safe at all times. 

Wear and tear are to be expected and are fully dependant on the nature of your usage and care for our products. 

• Always ensure the harness is not too loose or too tight around your dogs neck.
• Always make sure that your dog is under supervision when using our products.
• Our accessories are not intended for training or medical purposes.

Owners must ensure they buy the correct size for their pet and check the item fits properly prior to use. We are unable to take responsibility for sizing errors. Please refer to the size guide page.

Designs are also sometimes drawn out as a repeat pattern so every individual product will have different angles/placements of the repeated pattern.

Orders can take up to 3 working days to be processed/dispatched. Kindly allow a longer lead time during peak periods.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels or for any delays caused via the carrier and/or customs.
